We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Care Roots. This policy explains what can be returned and how refunds are handled.

1. Digital Products

All digital products — including downloads, courses, guides, and digital memberships — are final sale.
Because access is provided immediately, digital items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Physical Product Returns

We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The return request must be received within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable mailing service, as Care Roots cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
